Malibu Protocol is committed to making its digital services usable by people with disabilities and to providing reasonable ways to access our programs, information, and support.
Our Approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an internal design and testing target where reasonably applicable. This target guides our work; it is not a claim that every page or third-party service currently conforms in every respect.
Our accessibility program includes:
- semantic structure and keyboard-operable controls;
- visible focus and sufficient color contrast;
- text alternatives for meaningful images;
- labels, instructions, and understandable error messages for forms;
- zoom, reflow, motion, and screen-reader testing;
- captions or transcripts for material audio and video content;
- automated checks supplemented by manual and assistive-technology testing;
- accessibility review when major flows change; and
- documented ownership and remediation of reported barriers.
We do not treat an automated overlay as a substitute for accessible design, manual testing, or remediation.
Clinical and Customer Support Accommodations
If a disability makes it difficult to use an intake, account, consent, or support flow, contact us. We will work with you to identify a reasonable alternative that preserves privacy, informed consent, and clinical safety. We will not impose a surcharge for a reasonable disability-related accommodation. An integrated third-party step does not end our responsibility to help identify an effective way to complete an essential Westward journey.
Accessibility assistance does not change a clinician's independent medical judgment or the legal requirements for prescribing and pharmacy fulfillment.
Third-Party Services
Some portions of the experience may be provided by independent telehealth, pharmacy, payment, hosting, or communications vendors. We work to select and coordinate with vendors that support accessible use, but we do not control every aspect of their services. Please report a barrier even if it appears in a third-party flow so we can help route and track it.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need content in another format, or want help using the service, contact:
- Email: accessibility@malibuprotocol.com
- Phone or relay-accessible option: Request a relay-accessible callback via accessibility@malibuprotocol.com or care@malibuprotocol.com
- Mailing address: Westward Science LLC, 30 N Gould St # 67817, Sheridan, WY 82801
Please describe the page or task, the problem, and the format or assistance you need. Do not include sensitive medical details in ordinary email. We will acknowledge and assess reports as promptly as reasonably possible.
You may also request information in an accessible format or ask about available language assistance by contacting accessibility@malibuprotocol.com.
If your question concerns urgent medical care, use the clinical contact provided in your care materials. Call 911 for an emergency.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review significant new features, prioritize barriers that block care or essential transactions, and update this statement when our program or contact methods materially change.
